This is for youth ages 11–17 who:

Feel stuck in cycles of anger, shutdown, or impulsive reactions
Say things like, “I didn’t mean to” or “I don’t know why I did that”
Feel anxious, overwhelmed, or like no one understands them
Struggle to express what they’re feeling or thinking
Are easily influenced by peers or feel pressure to “fit in”
Want to be better but don’t know how to start

It’s for any young person who’s ready to understand themselves and grow.

11–13 yr olds: 10:00 AM – 11:00 AM EST
14–17 yr olds: 1:30 PM – 2:30 PM EST
